Lindsey is a CITP Research Fellow,Trade and Devolution based at the University of Sussex. With a Doctorate in Politics and International Relations from the University of Edinburgh, Lindsey's work bridges academia and policymaking. She is committed to building and maintaining connections in both to facilitate research that addresses real-world problems and supports informed policymaking practices. With a background in anthropology and public policy, Lindsey draws on a number of qualitative and quantitative approaches including ethnography and social network analysis to explore the relational components of trade. As a practitioner, she has experience in policymaking processes as a policy analyst and policy advisor to multiple regional governments in Canada and the United Kingdom.
