Bio

Peter McGregor is a researcher within the Centre for Inclusive Trade Policy (CITP) and former Research Director and Director of the Fraser of Allander Institute; Head of the Department of Economics and Director of the International Public Policy Institute, University of Strathclyde. He has published extensively on economic, energy and environmental aspects of regional economies in national and international refereed journals, often involving the application of multisectoral economic models to policy-relevant issues.  He has also held visiting academic appointments in the US, Germany, Japan and Sweden. He has been Co- and Principal Investigator on many research grants from a range of institutions.
